Orders & Shipping

When will my package arrive?
We roast coffee fresh every week to ensure the best flavor in every cup.
Café de Olla and our other blends are prepared and packaged over the weekend and shipped every Monday.
Orders placed by midnight Friday are included in Monday’s shipment.
If your order is ready earlier, we’ll do our best to ship it out as soon as possible.
We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping options calculated at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 7 days or less in the lower 48 states.


Can you ship faster?
We’re not Amazon—and we don’t try to be.
When you order from Café Nieto, you’re supporting a small, family-owned business focused on quality, freshness, and care.
Each batch is made to order, so while shipping may take a little longer, your coffee arrives freshly roasted and full of flavor.


Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your door.


Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now we ship within the United States.
We’re working on international options—stay tuned!


Coffee & Freshness

How fresh is your coffee?
Our coffee is roasted weekly in small batches by our local roasting partners.
It’s typically shipped within days of roasting, so you receive it at peak freshness.


Can you ship whole bean coffee?
Yes! We’re happy to send whole bean coffee.
Just add a note in your Cart → “Order Special Instructions” before checkout.


Do you grind the coffee before shipping?
Yes! We can grind it for you.
Select your preferred grind at checkout (if available) or include a note in your cart instructions.


How should I store my coffee?
Keep coffee sealed in an airtight container at room temperature, away from light, moisture, and heat.
No need to refrigerate—your beans will stay fresh longer this way.


Subscriptions

How do coffee subscriptions work?
Select “Subscribe & Save” on eligible products and choose your delivery frequency.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account.


Can I pause or change my subscription?
Yes! Log in to your account to pause, skip, or modify your next delivery date anytime.
